Equal Idiots is a Belgian garage punk duo from Hoogstraten that has been making serious noise since 2012. Frontman and guitarist Thibault Christiaensen and drummer Pieter Bruurs are known for their raw sound, relentless energy and explosive live performances.
With their debut album Eagle Castle BBQ (2017), they firmly put themselves on the map: an uptempo record packed with roaring fuzz, pounding drums and gritty riffs. Their music is loud, straight to the point and unapologetic, yet always delivered with a playful edge. Equal Idiots blend pure garage punk with an infectious rock ’n roll drive that thrives on both club stages and major festivals.
