Kae Tempest is one of the most versatile and influential voices of our time: a spoken word artist and writer. Like a modern-day Shakespeare, Kae blends poetry with electronic music, drawing inspiration from hip-hop, grime and dub. The result is intense, raw and captivating.
What began at the age of sixteen with performances on the streets and at open mic nights in London has grown into an international career. With multiple Mercury Prize and BRIT Award nominations, and collaborations with major names such as Fraser T Smith and Rick Rubin, Kae Tempest has firmly established a place at the top.
On the latest 2025 album Self Titled, featuring collaborations with, among others, Neil Tennant of the Pet Shop Boys, Kae reveals a new side: more personal, more direct and rawer than ever. It is a search for identity and connection, where past, present and future come together. With powerful tracks and compelling stories, Kae Tempest once again makes a deep impact—especially live.
