Van Curaçaos kinderprogramma naar midden in het Nederlandse musicaltheater: Qshans Thode volgde zijn talent naar Tilburg en de MusicAllFactory. Daar groeide hij uit tot veelzijdig performer met zang, acteer- en dansopleiding. Hij trok het publiek bij zich met rollen in AIDA, Come From Away en The Lion King, en zette in 2024 als Ezel in Shrek de Musical definitief zijn stempel. Ook buiten het theater laat hij zich horen als solozanger in de Caribische urban scene. In theaterseizoen 2025-2026 kruipt hij in de rol van Vogelverschrikker in The Wiz.
