Na haar opleiding aan de Frank Sanders Akademie vond Annefleur van den Berg haar weg naar de musicalwereld. Ze speelde onder meer de iconische Rizzo in Grease. In The Lion King vertolkte ze meerdere rollen en was ze ook te zien in Mamma Mia! In Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden gaf ze vorm aan het personage Puck Odolphy, een ambitieuze jeugdvriendin van Nina Sanders die bereid was tot leugens om haar doelen te bereiken.
Haar podiumcarrière krijgt een nieuw hoofdstuk met de rol van Acadabra in de musicalproductie van The Wiz.
