Channah Hewitt studeerde in 2016 European honors af aan het Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts. Haar focus lag voornamelijk op dans, maar toen ze in de zomer van 2016 haar persoonlijke dansdoel bereikt had, verlegde ze haar focus van dans naar zang. Eind 2016 tot 2018 speelde zij in The Lion Kng als vocal swing, cover van Nala en cover Sarabi. In 2019-2020 speelde ze Tina das Musical in Hamburg als Ikette, cover van Tina en cover Alline.
Op televisie was ze eind 2018 te zien in het programma Dance Sing, en in 2020 bij The Voice of Holland. Ze maakte in 2021 haar serie debuut met een gastrol in Spangas en in het najaar van 2022 haar film debuut als Mattie in Het Feest van Tante Rita. Verder is ze te horen in veel verschillende animatieseries voor onder andere Disney, Nickelodeon en Netflix.
In 2023 is zij te zien in de rol van Fantine in de musical Les Misérables.
