ALIZÉ is the 54th original production by Cirque du Soleil and the first permanent show in Europe, with which the company first performed in Germany 30 years ago. Since 1995, when Saltimbanco ushered in a new era, 16 productions have toured the Grand Chapiteau or arenas in 16 German cities. Berlin, with its cosmopolitan atmosphere and international appeal, is considered the ideal location for the first permanent Cirque du Soleil show in a European metropolis. With this show, Cirque du Soleil also wishes to express its special bond with Berlin.

In this new, innovative creation, in which artistry and magic merge, the main characters embark on a journey into a surreal world. They attempt to unveil the invisible and, in doing so, discover the hidden magic behind reality. This poetic journey is filled with wonders, riddles, and enchantment. The audience is transported to a world where the impossible becomes possible and the hidden reveals its secrets.

The theater at Potsdamer Platz will be refurbished to meet the unique technical requirements of this permanent production.
