Fink

Fink, the stage name of Fin Greenall, is a British singer-songwriter and producer who started out as a DJ in the electronic music scene. Growing up in Bristol in a musical family, he became familiar with various music styles at an early age. He took his first steps in the world of techno and trip hop, with releases under names such as EVA, Sideshow and Fink. His work caught the attention of the leading label Ninja Tune, where he released the electronically oriented album Fresh Produce in 2000. In addition to his own work, he also produced music for other artists, including the young Amy Winehouse. From 2006 onwards, Greenall changed direction. With the acoustic album Biscuits for Breakfast, he left his electronic roots behind and established himself as a singer-songwriter with a dark, introspective sound. His later albums, such as Distance and Time (2007) and Hard Believer (2014), revealed a growing sense of melody and depth. On Hard Believer, he collaborated with Dutch pianist Ruben Hein, among others.
