Roos van Erkel (Amsterdam, 6 mei 1984) is een Nederlandse actrice die actief is in theater, film en televisie. Na haar afstuderen aan de Amsterdamse Toneelschool & Kleinkunstacademie in 2009 bouwde zij een veelzijdige carrière op met rollen in uiteenlopende producties.
Naast haar werk als actrice is Van Erkel sinds 2020 ook actief als stemacteur voor animatiefilms en televisieseries. Met haar brede ervaring op het toneel en voor de camera behoort zij tot een veelzijdige generatie Nederlandse acteurs.
