Simple Music Ensemble World is an international chamber music project that brings together professional musicians, atmospheric venues, and carefully curated programs to create exceptional live music experiences.
Step into the enchanting world of Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli during an intimate chamber concert by Simple Music Ensemble World. At the heart of the performance is the music of Joe Hisaishi, one of the most recognizable composers of contemporary film scores.
His soundtrack for *Spirited Away* blends vulnerability and lightness, tension and tenderness, mystery and that distinctive melancholy that lingers long after the final scene.
Through chamber music arrangements, familiar themes take on a fresh, immediate sound. Piano and strings bring the music close—ranging from almost weightless melodies to powerful, emotional climaxes.
This concert is not just for Miyazaki fans; it also appeals to anyone who loves chamber music, minimalism, film scores, and the unique intensity of live music in an intimate setting. It is an evening to step away from the everyday and immerse yourself in a world where music, memory, and imagination converge.
