Personal Trainer, Tracey Nelson, Stoop Kid and Tin Fingers come together at Club AFF in Hasselt on 29 October for an evening of indie rock, folk and alt-country. All four acts present new work, showcasing the many shades of today’s indie scene: from jangly guitars and warm songwriting to melancholic indie with a fresh twist.
Personal Trainer, the restless and creative indie rock band led by Willem Smit, has grown over the past decade from Amsterdam’s grassroots scene into an international live act. Tracey Nelson brings countrified indie rock with folk and alt-country textures, while Stoop Kid presents his third album with jangly guitars, ’90s slacker vibes and raw honesty. Tin Fingers complete the line-up with their distinctive melancholic sound, sounding more direct, energetic and unfiltered than ever.
